REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:

Exchange procedure: We only offer exchange for Electric and Electronics products within 24 hours of receiving delivery for any physical damage. We also encourage you to check the product in front of delivery person when you are receiving the delivery. No exchanges are allowed for other products.

1. In case you face any problems with Electric and Electronics products. Please inform us on our page or at 01311-073788 within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please mention your name, Order ID and product name.

2. We will send an exchange for the previous product. When we deliver the exchange product, you will have to return the problematic product (fresh and in same packaging as we sent it in) and take the right product from the delivery person. Exchange has a delivery charge that is the same as regular delivery charge.

Please note that used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances. We do not entertain claims of refunds.

Delivery charge:

1. Delivery charge for Regular delivery inside Dhaka (within 03-04 days) = BDT 100 per delivery.
2. Delivery charge for Regular delivery outside Dhaka (within next 05-07 days) = BDT 150 per delivery.

Refund:

We do not entertain any refund claims.
